I did it. I dropped off Dumpling at school (all dressed up in white and navy for Israel's 60th, complete with white sating bows in her hair!), came home, put on my new running shoes and did the first session.
10 min of walking, 8 repetitions of 30 sec running/1 min walking and then 5 more minutes of walking.
It was fine. Not too hard, not too easy. I made myself run a bit harder than I had to, I didn't want to coast through it. My iPod is a big heavy (it's the video one) and if I'm going to keep bringing my cellphone, I'm gonna need some sort of tight belt/pocket thing because it was moving around too much in my pocket. And speaking of moving around, today, I must buy a jogging bra!
